No Return Policy

At Sufis and Saints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Damages and Issues We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sufisandsaints@gmail.com so that we can assess the issue and provide assistance.

Exceptions Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period As per EU regulations, customers in the European Union may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. However, this does not apply to non-returnable items, including personalized or custom-made products.
